Responsibilities

As a KAM, the role involves planning and executing commercial plans for distributors, implementing sales strategies to meet annual sales targets, managing the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) for clients, developing the product portfolio and growth within independent pharmacies and regional chains, generating new clients through prospecting and negotiation, prioritizing opportunities using omni-channel information, ensuring optimal resource utilization, and utilizing KPIs to manage and track client growth. The KAM will also be responsible for building and maintaining sustainable, long-term relationships with key clients and advisors.
